South Pacific cruise days 9 and 10 - sea days

We're heading home after a fun and relaxing cruise to Vanuatu and New Caledonia and enjoyed our last two remaining days by relaxing and discovering the specialty restaurants onboard.

We did a tour of the ship 'All access tour' and got to see some very interesting parts of the wonderful 'Voyager of the Seas'; we visited the bridge, the three ship galleys, laundry room, ice skating rink studio B, waste and recycling centre, crew dining and rest areas and the I95 which runs the length of the ship. We also managed to bump into the captain and got a photo.

South Pacific cruise - Isle of Pines, New Caledonia day 7

Today we arrived in the tranquil waters surrounding Isle of Pines and we had a tour booked that shows off some of the islands character and past.

South Pacific cruise - Mystery Island day 6

We arrived into Mystery Island on day 6 of our cruise and we were really looking forward to spending the day on the island swimming and snorkelling. This is our second visit to the island.

South Pacific cruise - Port Vila day 5

We arrived into Port Vila on Saturday 13/02/2016 at 08:00 and had most of the day at this port until 16:30 with departure at 17:00. We decided to stay onboard for the day as we have visited Port Vila on our last cruise. We spent the day relaxing on the ship which we almost had to ourselves.

South Pacific cruise day 4 - sea day

On our fourth day we finally round the tip of New Caledonia by passing the Isle of Pines before heading north towards Port Vila, Vanuatu.

South Pacific cruise days 2 and 3 - sea days

We had 3 sea days after leaving Sydney before we reach our first port of Port Vila, Vanuatu. The first sea day was rough and a number of passengers were feeling it. There were sick bags in all of the stair cases just in case.

The bow of the ship with nothing but the Tasman sea all around us.

Our favourite view of the ships wake as we gradually got to 17 knots
