Brisbane Queens Birthday weekend June 2017 (Day 2)

Our second day in Brisbane and luckily the weather was much kinder to us. We started the morning with a walk along the Brisbane river and then a River cat to South Bank where we caught up with friends and had lunch. A great way to spend the afternoon.

Brisbane Queens Birthday weekend June 2017

We decided to head north for the June Long weekend and visit Brisbane. We've been to Brisbane a few times but we've never actually stayed in town, we've always headed further north to the Sunshine Coast. We stayed for 3 nights and 2 days getting reacquainted with the river city.

Our day started off under a grey sky and the rain remained for most of our first day. It cleared up at about 3pm.
