First day in London

We have finally arrived in London and our flight over with Qantas was fantastic we could not fault them and our crew were fantastic. We checked into our hotel at 9:00am and to our surprise our room was ready so we were able to unpack and have a shower after 24 hours of traveling. Then we wasted no time at all walking our legs off and taking in the sites.

    Glad to hear you had a great flight in Premium Economy and even better that the hotel was ready. Hope you both enjoy the fabulous sites in London.

    Very jelly right now!!! That pic is amazing and has remindered me of how wonderful London is.

    How long are you staying in London?

    Have you planned any day trips whilst in the U.K?

      Rita we are in London until Saturday only a very short stay, we are just going to have time to see some of the main attractions. We enjoyed our first day although we walked around like zombies as we were so jet lagged but feeling well rested now and off for another big day today!

    Hi David, yes thanks for the tip it was perfect and got us to our hotel much faster and also after having travelled during the morning peak pleased we didn't have to do that with our bags etc. hope all is well with you... See you in a few weeks. Greg
