Palazzo Ducale, Venezia

We woke to some heavy rain which seems to have followed us from France and Switzerland. We didn't want to waste a minute of our day in Venice so after a hearty breakfast we headed down to Piazza San Marco and joined the queue for Palazzo Ducale. An amazing building with so much history.
