SeaWorld / Disney Springs Sat. 9 Sep

Today we're still in Orlando and we were supposed to board our Carnival cruise ship to embark on our 8 night eastern Caribbean cruise but that has been delayed to commence on Tuesday. So we decided to make the most of our day by visiting SeaWorld. We wouldn't have otherwise have had the time to visit SeaWorld so we're kind of pleased at the opportunity to visit this park despite havering a shortened cruise to look forward to.

Due to the approaching hurricane the park was very empty which allowed us to walk onto every ride with hardly any waiting at all. We were done by about noon and decided to head over to Disney Springs for lunch. We enjoyed a very relaxing lunch at the Rainforest cafe.

After lunch we wandered around looking at the shops until 4pm and then headed back to our hotel to be off the roads as suggested by the Governor to prepare for the arrival of Hurricane Irma which is set to reach by Orlando 2am on Monday.
